My Fitness Pal!
I downloaded this app on my iPhone, called MyFitnessPal, and it’s really really great. I suggest it to everyone who’s trying to lose weight. I input all my food and exercise and it shows me exactly what vitamins I need to eat more of and how much sugar/fat/protein im eating. I’ve already become a lot more health conscious because of it and just tracking my calories. I really suggest all of you try it! It’s made a difference for me!! <3
